    Unlike standard grinders, the Vario W+ features a built-in digital scale that grinds by weight in real time. This means you get accurate dosing to within 0.1g, for consistent results brew after brew. No need for a separate coffee scale, just set your dose and grind directly into your portafilter or brew basket.

    54mm steel flat burrs

    The Vario W+ uses 54mm steel flat burrs, engineered for consistency and longevity across all brew methods. They produce a clean, high-clarity cup, good for highlighting the notes of single origin coffees and specialty blends. Ceramic burrs are also available separately if you'd prefer to switch them out.

    230 grind settings for full control

    With macro and micro adjustment levers, the Vario W+ offers 230 grind size settings, giving you full control over your grind. Whether you're dialling in for espresso or adjusting for a coarse cold brew, this grinder makes it straightforward to find the right grind size for any brewing method.
