Expect sweet apricots up front, with a delicate yet crisp white grape acidity. That initial fruit note is followed by a silky cream before rolling into milk chocolate. There's a sprinkle of almonds on the finish and into the aftertaste, wrapping up this elegant and well structured cup.Bolivia: Gregorio Palli, Anoxic Washed A spicy flavour profile coffee. Washed processed Caturra & Catuai.
Sweet brown sugar fills the cup, with a pop of red grape at the start and a soft nectarine which follows and lingers into the finish. An elegant nutmeg spice on the aftertaste makes this a complex but balanced coffee. -
